Had been on the road for business when the belt came in. After 3 weeks without any relief, trying the Hatch Belt for the first time last night has been a game changing experience. I’ll definitely be taking this on the road and relying on the heated and massaging pads for nightly relaxation.
I had an l4-l5 laminotomy, discectomy, and forminotomy. I wore it when I had staples and a dressing on low heat about a week post op to help me with healing. I already tolerate red light therapy as I’ve done it weekly for almost a year. The compression helped as some days I needed it tighter and some days less. I even wrapped it around my leg one day I did have sciatica pains from over doing it the previous day. I now wear it over my shirt or directly depending on heat settings. The vibration helps distract me from pain and the heat relaxes the muscles to tolerate movement more. I think it’s bee ideal for recovery and would have been incredible prior to surgery. If just using heat it lasts a long time vibration kills the battery more but it’s a good amount of time to take a break as you should take a break from heat and Ice. I wish I had it prior to surgery maybe it would have been the thing to get me able bodied more and avoided surgery. I’m a solid XL girl and it wraps around me. Someone in a 2x or larger it may not secure around your abdomen

I have always loved red light therapy, as I know it helps my skin however, it greatly improves my mood as well. This mask is very lightweight, comfortable, straps on very easily. I'm very pleased with it so far I've been using it for about a week, my skin does feel rejuvenated the next day. No unpleasant effects at all. As a healthcare worker with a lot of stress, this makes me feel better.
Just received but have used a couple times already. I can do other things while wearing since I can see. The masks fits tighter than my previous masks so I feel I should get better and quicker results. I wish it had an attached chest plate then it would be 5 stars.

The package arrived safe and unopened. But this is not about the delivery. The brace feels good to touch. I needed some time to figure out how to turn on and what's the top or the bottom of the brace. Charged it over night. Play with the brace yesterday, adjusting the brace to my body. Unfortunately, the brace doesn't stay on the lumbar, sacral area when I have pain. It kept sliding up to the kidney level. The massage works wonders, if the brace will stay lower, but it kept shaking my kidney. The heat features works on my flanks, too wide to reach the spine. Too narrow to help with the hip pain. Not sure if the heat is even a red light or it's just the mesh covering the electrodes. Disappointed because I had epidurals, radio frequency ablation, cortisone shots, oils, creams, lotions, patches..... I will try it again today, but last night i had to use the lidocaine patches to ease my pain. Will come back for updates tomorrow.
